Bethany Places 50 on Presidents' Athletic Conference Academic Honor Roll
GREENVILLE, Pa. – Bethany College featured 50 student-athletes on the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Spring 2022 Academic Honor Roll announced by the league office Friday morning.
Leading the way for the Bison with 12 student-athletes was women's basketball followed by women's track and field (10), baseball (9), softball (5), men's lacrosse (4), women's lacrosse (4), swimming and diving (3), men's track and field (2) and men's golf (1).
A total of 736 student-athletes have been named to the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2022 semester.
The PAC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who have earned a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 scale during their semester of competition.
Westminster College led the 10 league schools with 105 student-athletes earning PAC Spring 2022 Academic Honor Roll distinction. Grove City College was second with 87 and was followed by Saint Vincent College in third with 85. Chatham University had 82 student-athletes recognized and was followed by Washington & Jefferson College (79), Thiel College (73), Franciscan University (66), Geneva College (56), Waynesburg University (53) and Bethany College (50).
