Fort Myers, Florida - The Bethany College baseball team was edged by Williams College at the Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic early Wednesday afternoon in Fort Myers, Florida.

Bethany fell 8-4 to Williams College
The Ephs attacked first scoring four runs through five innings. The Bison added two runs in the top of the seventh inning from a Neil Woods double that drove in Kyle Goodwin and Brandon Wagner, cutting the Ephs lead in half, 4-2. Unfortunately, the Bison would give up four runs in the bottom half of the inning. In the top of the eighth, the green and white kept battling. Seth Gordon singled plating Tyler Frazee. Moments later, Goodwin singled scoring Gordon. The Bison comeback fell short, 8-4.
