Rhodes tabbed ORLC Defender of the Week

GREENWOOD, Ind. (March 6) – Bethany College men's lacrosse goalie Sean Rhodes (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) was named the Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) Defensive Player of the Week announced the league office.

Rhodes helped the team open the season with a thrilling 10-9 double-overtime win over Heidelberg (Ohio) on February 18. He recorded 13 saves and scooped up eight groundballs to help the Bison earn the victory.

The Indiana, Pennsylvania native tallied 25 saves over the course of the team's first two games and a 55.6 save percentage in games against Heidelberg and Oglethorpe (Georgia).

The Bison are back on the field today, March 6 when they head to Pittsburgh to take on La Roche in a non-conference matchup at 4 p.m.
