Veiga Earns PAC Rookie of the Week Honors

Greenville, Pa – Freshman Ramiro Veiga (Buenos Aires, Argentina / San Roman) of the Bethany College Men's Soccer team was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the week for his performance last week.

Veiga scored off of a John Lee assist in the 34th minute of Saturday's win over Pitt-Greensburg. It was his first career goal.

The Bethany squad will return to the pitch for a mid-week tilt against Ferrum, Wednesday, Sept. 11. Game time is set for 4 p.m. at Penn-Roediger Field.
