Indoor Track Competes at Kenyon Classic

The Bethany College men's and women's indoor track and field team competed in the Kenyon Classic Saturday afternoon.

The men finished eighth scoring 31 points while the women finished seventh with 46 points.

Top Performers
Men
• Keyohn Thompson finished 4th in the 60m, crossing the finish line in 7.22 seconds
• Byron Mayers was 3rd in the 200m, finishing in 23.52 seconds
• Hunter Klein placed 10th in 400m with a time of 54.09 seconds
• David Tome finished 8th in 800m in 2:07.08
• Andrew Weiss was 8th in 3000m, finishing in 9:45.05
• 4x400 Relay (Williams, Mayers, Bryant-Hull, Klein) finished 4th in 3:39.94
• Daniel Thomas finished 4th in long jump, landing in 6.06m

Women
• Grace Chambers finished 1st in 400m in 1:01.71 and 4th in 200m in 27.90 seconds
• Amanda Gower finished 4th in 400m in 1:04.78 and 6th in 200m in 28.48 seconds
• Kelly Hofmann was 9th in 200m in 28.83 seconds and 7th in 400m with a time of 1:05.72
• Kiara Stevens finished 7th in 60m in 8.73 seconds
• 4x400 Relay (Gower, Chambers, Hofmann, and Stevens) 4th with a time of 4:29.60
• Gower finished 2nd in long jump landing in 4.45m
• Leighanna Frantz finished 4th in long jump, landing in 4.26m
