Oberthur Earns PAC Weekly Honors

Greenville, Pa (APR. 15) – Bethany College softball Jennifer Oberthur (Indianapolis, Ind. | Park Tudor) was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the week for her performance last week.

Oberthur hit .476 (10-of-21) last week for the Bison with a pair of doubles, six RBIs and three runs scored. In last Wednesday's game one loss at W&J, Oberthur went 4-for-4 with a double and four RBIs.  

She currently ranks first on the team with 14 RBI's and second on the team in batting average (.342). Oberthur also ranks second on the team with five doubles.

The weekly laurel is the first for Oberthur this season.
