Bison dealt 8-1 loss by Frostburg State

BETHANY, W.Va. (Sept. 23) - The Bethany College women's tennis team dropped a non-conference match to Frostburg State, 8-1, Saturday afternoon at the Ewing Tennis Courts.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bison fell behind early in double play and were unable to recover.
- Bethany junior Kristin Schafbuch (Marpingen, Germany/Arnold Janssen) earned the lone win of the afternoon for Bethany. She claimed a win at No. 1 singles in straight sets, 6-2, 6-0 to improve to 3-0 on the week at that position.

- Bethany will be at home for a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match against Grove City at the Ewing Tennis Courts on Tuesday, September 26.
