Women's tennis drops PAC contest to Grove City

BETHANY, W.Va. (Sept. 26) - The Bethany College women's tennis team was defeated 9-0 by Grove City in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match Tuesday afternoon at the Ewing Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Bethany fell behind in doubles play 3-0 and were unable to recover in a match with Grove City, one of the top teams in the PAC over the last 30 years.
• The Wolverines picked up straight-set wins in all six singles matches to claim the 9-0 victory over the Bison.

UP NEXT

• Bethany is on the road on Monday, October 2 when they head to New Concord, Ohio to take on Muskingum in a re-match from earlier this season.
• The match is set to begin at 3:30 p.m.
