Bray Earns PAC Rookie of the Week Honors

Greenville, Pa (Jan. 28) – Bethany College men's basketball player Allayasa Bray (Pittsburgh, Pa | Obama Academy) was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the week for his performance last week.

Bray came off the bench to score a team-high 16 points in 24 minutes Saturday in Bethany's 66-65 overtime loss to Grove City. Ten of Bray's points came in the second half. He pulled in six rebounds.

Bray is second on the team in points, with (10.4) and second in rebounds (4.2). He is third on the team in free throw percentage (71.2) landing him 11th in the PAC.

The weekly laurel is the first for Bray.
