Bray Earns Third PAC Weekly Honor

Greenville, Pa (Feb. 18) – Bethany College men's basketball player Allayasa Bray (Pittsburgh, Pa | Obama Academy) was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the week for his performance last week.

Bray averaged 21.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game last week for 1-1 Bethany. He finished the week shooting 63.6 percent (14-of-22) from the floor and 91.7 percent (11-of-12) from the charity stripe.

On Saturday, Bray closed out his freshman year with a career-high 24 points in Bethany's 74-72 comeback victory over the Waynesburg Yellowjackets. On Wednesday, Bray finished with a team-high 19 points and four boards in the 68-60 loss to W&J. He averaged 25.5 minutes off the bench last week.

The weekly laurel is the third for Bray.
