HANOVER, Ind. (April 2) - The Bison were unable to recover from a 4-0 deficit and were defeated 18-4 by Hanover in an Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) matchup Sunday afternoon.
The loss sends the Bethany College men's lacrosse team falls to 3-7 overall, 0-3 in the ORLC. Meanwhile, Hanover improves to 1-2 in league play, 2-8 overall.
The Bison were led by senior Tyler Peck (Pittsburgh, Pa./Shaler), who tallied a goal and an assist in the loss. Senior goalie Sean Rhodes (Indiana, Pa./Indiana) made 18 saves for the Bison in net after facing 71 total shots from Hanover.
Bethany is back on the field on Wednesday, April 5 when they head to Steubenville, Ohio to take on Franciscan at 4 p.m.
