Gatling Earns All-PAC Offensive Player of the Week Honors

Greenville, Pa (Feb. 25) – Bethany College lacrosse player Will Gatling (Baltimore, Md. | Northwestern) was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Offensive Player of the week for his performance last week.

Gatling notched a career high six goals in Bethany's season opener against Wilmington, Sunday afternoon. The senior midfielder had one assist to go along with his career day. With the game knotted at 11-11 in the fourth period, Gatling fired in two goals to put the Bison ahead 13-11, giving the green and white their first victory of the season.

Bethany is 1-0 to start the season and travels to Muskingum on Wednesday February 27 for non-conference tilt. Face off is scheduled for 7:00 pm.

The weekly laurel is the first for Gatling.
