Men's Lacrosse Downed on Senior Day

Bethany, W. Va - The Bethany College men's lacrosse took on the Grove City Wolverines in a PAC contest Saturday afternoon at Bison Field. Prior to the contest, Bethany honored their four seniors for their hard work and dedication over their careers. The Bison fell to the Wolverines, 23-4.

GAME OVERVIEW

The Wolverines took a commanding lead in the first half and never looked back. Bethany battled to get on the board. Clay Yingling scored twice in the first half to cut the lead, 12-2. The Wolverines led 15-2 at the half. In the second half, Will Gatling scored with 9:28 to go in the third. The Wolverine lead was too much for the Bison to overcome. Gatling would score again in the third period with under six minutes to go.
