QUOTABLE
Head Coach Brian Sansom:
"Heck of a game by my team tonight! Chatham is a very hard team to play because of the style they play and we struggled some out of gate with it! Haylie Glass got us going offensively tonight in the first half and I really thought Taylor Stinnett also gave us a spark off the bench in the first half! I thought again tonight we did a really good job defensively! When our on ball defense is solid we tend to be pretty good on that end of the floor! The team did a really good job adjusting at halftime to what our game plan was and after the first few possessions of the 2nd half I thought we really played a great game from there on out! Ashley and Sammie made some big plays for us and hit some big foul shots down the stretch! I would love for us to continue to get to the line, 16-17 in the 2nd half is awesome compared to 1-4 in the first half! All in all I thought the difference was us executing offensively in the 2nd half and forcing them into some tough shots with better on ball defense! We talk a lot about protecting our home court and how important it is to win PAC games here, we did a good job of that tonight and I like the direction we're heading!" #ONEBethany
