Bio

Brittany Arent joined the Bison as an assistant coach for the men’s volleyball program in 2023.

She comes to Bethany from Alderson Broaddus University. In 2018, she became a volunteer assistant coach with the men’s volleyball program. Her duties included equipment management, nutrition, marketing, travel arrangements, and game day operations.

Prior to Alderson Broaddus, she served as a site supervisor at Nash County Recreation and Senior Services where she worked with children in multiple sporting leagues all year long.

In 2016, Arent began working with Barton College. Her duties at Barton included facility operations, sports information and compliance.

As a student at IUP, she worked with the Crimson Hawks athletics department and was a sports journalist for the college paper.

Arent has experience in women’s volleyball as she was a high school coach and served as an assistant athletic director.

She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2018 with a bachelor of science in sport administration and minor in business.
