Antonio Rudolph/Calique Jones Earn All-PAC Men's Basketball Honors

March 1 – GREENVILLE, Pa. – Bethany College men's basketball standouts, junior Antonio Rudolph (New Castle, Pa./New Castle) and sophomore Calique Jones (Pittsburgh, Pa./Obama Academy), have earned All-Presidents' Athletic Conference selections, announced the PAC on Tuesday afternoon. Rudolph earned All-PAC First-Team honors while Jones was an All-PAC Honorable Mention selection.

Rudolph was among the conference leaders in nearly every statistical category as he helped the Bison to a 17-10 mark overall, including 12-6 in the conference. The junior ranked 14th in the PAC in scoring (12.1), while leading the league in rebounding (8.2) and sitting fourth in assists (3.9).

The versatile guard was also extremely efficient from the floor, ranking 13th in field goal percentage (.462) and 15th in free-throw percentage (.685). Rudolph finished fourth in assist/turnover ratio (1.9) and sixth in the PAC in steals (1.4) as he averaged 32.0 minutes per game.

Over the course of the 2015-16 campaign, Rudolph totaled six double-doubles and scored double-digits in 17 contests. He also recorded eight double-digit rebounding totals while only recording less than five rebounds in two of the Green & White's 26 games.

One of the best all-around players in the PAC, Rudolph was just one of two players in the conference to rank in the top-15 in points, rebounds, assists and steals per game (W&J's Brian Graytok). He was also the only player to be name PAC Player of the Week, twice (November 16 and January 24).

Jones earned all-conference accolades after leading the Bison in scoring at a clip of 13.3 points per game. The sophomore guard scored in double digits in 20 outings during the 2015-16 campaign.

Jones displayed his ability to score consistently and often as he finished 11th in the PAC in scoring. He was able to break down defenses and finish in a variety of ways, which included converting at the foul line. Jones shot a team-best .757 from the free-throw line, ranking sixth in the league.

Jones totaled a season-high 23 points in Bethany's PAC semifinal loss to Thomas More on February 25th. The crafty guard also got it done on the defensive end, concluding the season ranked 13th in steals as he averaged 1.2 per game.
