Men's Soccer: Arrocain's goal lifts Bison over Gators to open PAC play

MEADVILLE, Pa. – Bethany College men's soccer opened Presidents' Athletic Conference play on the road against Allegheny College Wednesday afternoon.

THE HIGHLIGHTS

  • After 72 minutes of play, the match finally saw its first goal. Sebastian Arrocain found the back of the net on a penalty kick for his first goal of the season and his eighth of his career.

MATCH NOTES

  • Allegheny outshot Bethany, 23-14 with ten shots on goal. The Bison had five shots on goal.
  • Allegheny took six corner kicks to Bethany's two.
  • Matteo Pintus registered nine saves in the shutout victory.
