Baseball: Three Bison Earned All-PAC Honors

GREENVILLE, Pa. – The Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) announced its All-PAC Baseball teams and annual award winners Tuesday afternoon. Three Bethany Bison were named All-PAC Honorable Mention.

The All-PAC teams, along with the PAC's yearly award winners, were determined, by vote, of the league's 10 head coaches.

Senior centerfielder Kevin Pollock (Sharpsville, Pa. | Sharpsville) earned All-PAC Honorable Mention for the second consecutive season. He finished the season with a batting average of .301 with 40 hits, 26 runs and 26 runs batted in. He had 12 extra base hits and drew 15 walks. Pollock was named to the PAC Academic Honor Roll all four years and was earned PAC Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

Sophomore pitcher Zach Pressnell (Pickerington, Ohio | Pickerington North) finished the season with five wins and one save. He accumulated a 4.55 earned run average pitching 59.1 innings pitched. He struck out 59 batters and walked 28.

Pitcher Zach Nolf (Hubbard, Ohio | McDonald) finished his junior season with an earned run average of 1.57 pitching 28.2 innings. He picked up six saves and two wins. He fanned 23 batters and walked nine.

Junior infielder Jake McGlumphy (Twinsburg, Ohio | Twinsburg) was named to the PAC Sportsmanship team. 

The Bison finished the 2022 season 16-23 (8-18) in the PAC.
