Meyers and Wilke Set School Records at Bethany Invitational
Bethany, W.Va. – The Bethany College men's and women's outdoor track and field teams hosted the Bethany Invitational Saturday afternoon. All ten schools from the PAC competed to open up the 2020-21 season. Bethany women finished fifth while the men finished eighth.
Freshman Nina Wilke finished second with a time of 4:49.99, setting a school record in the 1500m.
Senior Riley Meyers had a day on the track. Meyers established school records both the 100m Hurdles (15.35) and the 400m Hurdles (1:04.35). She finished first in the 400m and second in the 100m.
