Bethany College Faculty, Staff, and Students can use this online reservation system to request production equipment for college related projects.
Equipment Checkout is on a priority basis.

Individuals and/or groups that check-out equipment are responsible to sign and return the check-out policies and rental agreement form at this link at time of check-out: BethanyBison.com/Media/Policies
Completing the check-out system does not guarantee equipment availability but a member of the Bethany College communications staff will reach out to confirm check-out.
Requests must be made a minimum of 1 week (7 calendar days) from date of use/event.
