Cross-Country: Women Land USTFCCCA Team Academic Award

New Orleans, La. – Bethany College women's cross country team was recently honored for their excellence in the classroom by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). The Bison were lauded as a USTFCCCA NCAA Division III Cross Country All-Academic Team.

In order to earn All-Academic distinction, the team must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period, among other qualifiers. The Bison women earned a cumulative GPA of 3.67.

Overall, there were 163 programs who were named All-Academic Athletes for their efforts during the 2021 season.
