New Wilmington, Pa - The Bethany College baseball team took on the Westminster Titans in a PAC nine inning contest. The Titans edged the Bison 12-11.

Game Overview

Bethany fell to Westminster, 12-11

Keifer Bishop put the Bison on the board first with a three run shot to center field. The Titans answered in the bottom half of the inning knotting the ballgame at 3-3. Bethany regained the lead in the third inning, scoring four runs. Ryan Anselmino's single drove in Ethan Young. A bases loaded walk plated Noah Rady. A Josh Lonero bunt single scored Neil Woods. Another bases loaded walk scored Ryan Anselmino. Bethany would tack on another run in the fourth off of an Anselmino single that scored Noah Rady. After four, Bethany led 8-3. In the bottom of the seventh the Titans scored seven runs to take a 10-8 lead. The Bison got back a run in the eighth inning when Tyler Alworth reached on an error and Neil Woods scored. The Titans added an insurance run in the eighth, leading 12-9 going into the final inning of the ballgame. A Neil Woods single scored Ethan Young and moments later, Jake Stemmerich reached on an error, scoring Noah Rady. The Bison comeback would fall short.
