Swimming Competes in Tri-Meet at Salem University

Salem, W. Va.- The Bethany College men's and women's swimming and diving teams competed in a tri-meet against Salam University and Frostburg St, Saturday afternoon in Salem, W. Va.

Men's:
The men were led by senior Cheyne Stresky with two first place finishes on the day

Women's:
The women were led by Micki Webster and Madison Cramer with third and fourth place finishes for the women

Top Performers
Men:
Cheyne Stresky finished first in the 200 Free, hitting the wall in 1:51.50. In the 500 Free, Stresky hit the wall first in a time of 5:06.12
Mark Tichenor finished second in the 100 Breast, tapping the wall in 1:10.32. In the 200 Breast, Tichenor finished second with a time of 2:35.37
 The Men finished third in the 400 Free Relay, with a time of 3:47.31. The four man team was made up of Cheyne Stresky, Anthony Helias, Chandler Chifins, and Alec Gullo
Women:
Micki Webster competed in the 100 Breast, finishing third with a time of 1:32.52. Webster also competed in the 200 IM. She finished fourth, hitting the wall in 2:37.48
Madison Cramer had two fourth place finishes for the Bison. Cramer competed in the 50 Free (30.41 seconds) and 500 Free (6:21.52)
Siara Conley finished fifth in the 50 Free (31.97 seconds)

Bethany travels to Grove City, Pa for a PAC meet, next Saturday Feb. 2. Meet is slated to start at 1 pm
