Women's Lacrosse Drops Road Contest to Muskingum

New Concord, Ohio – The Bethany College women's lacrosse team traveled to Muskingum University for a non-conference contest Wednesday evening at North Turf Field. The Bison fell to the Muskies 15-3. The Green and White were led by Ayana Crawford's hat trick.  

GAME OVERVIEW

The Muskies struck first taking a 1-0 lead. Ayana Crawford knotted the game up at 1-1 with fifteen minutes to go in the first half. Muskingum went on a six goal run to take a 7-1 lead heading into halftime. After the break, Muskingum scored first in the half. Seconds later, Crawford hit the back of the net for the second time in the game for the Bison. The Muskies were in cruise control for the game taking a commanding lead over the Green and White. Crawford's third goal on the game came at the 19:13 mark of the second half.
