Bethany Competes at SPIRE Institute

Geneva, Ohio - The Bethany College men's and women's indoor track and field team competed in the SPIRE Midwest Open against numerous Division I, Division II and Division III programs from throughout the region.

Men
The men were led by a top 20 finish in the 4 x 400 Relay. The Bison received a top 50 finish from Byron Mayers on the track. Charles Blango and Matt Dunn finished in the top 20 in field competition.

Women
The women placed three top 50 performances in the 400m, led by Grace Chambers. Patience Frazier placed 21st in the weight throw competition.

Bethany travels to Mount Union on Saturday, Feb. 2 to compete in the Jim Wuske Invitational.
