Chambers Earns PAC Weekly Honors

Greenville, Pa (Feb. 18) – Bethany College indoor track and field athlete Grace Chambers (Uniontown, Pa / Laurel Highlands) was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the week for her performance last week.

On Saturday at the Kenyon Classic, Chambers won the 400 setting a PAC season-best time of 1:00.91 (adjusted). She posted a fourth-place finish in the 200 with a time of 27.48 (adjusted), which currently ranks third in the league's performance list.

Chambers is also a member of the 4x400 relay which placed fourth on Saturday with a time of 4:26.07 (adjusted). The relay time is second on the PAC performance list so far this season.

The weekly laurel is the first for Chambers this season.
