Huey Earns PAC Rookie of the Week Honors

Greenville, Pa – Bethany College softball freshman infielder Morgan Huey (Hermitage, Pa. | Hermatige) was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the week for her performance this past week.

Huey hit .500 (8-16) with a pair of doubles, six RBIs and five runs scored to help Bethany post a 2-2 mark during its opening week of competition. She slugged .625 over the four-game stretch. In Tuesday's 17-3 Game 2 win at Chatham Huey went 4-for-5 with two doubles while adding three RBIs and three runs scored.

The Bison are scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, March 10 for a double-header at Geneva College. First-pitch is set for 2 pm.
