Thrash Earns All-PAC First Team Honors

Greenville, Pa – Senior tennis player Rhone Thrash was selected to the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) First Team, which was announced Wednesday afternoon. Ballots for the all-conference teams and annual award winners were voted on by the PAC's head coaches.

The senior Parkersburg, W. Va native tallied 11 wins in No. 2 singles this season. Thrash helped the Bison go on an eight match win streak and propelled the green and white into the semifinals of the PAC tournament.

Along with Thrash, senior Drake Berlin and doubles pair Drake Berlin and Chris Ray were named All-PAC second team.

Berlin posted 13 wins in No. 4 singles this past season. He was named PAC player of the week earlier this season and was a big part in the Bison getting into the playoffs.

In addition, No. 2 doubles pair Rhone Thrash and Raj Vijayarajah earn PAC Honorable Mention while senior Chris Ray earned PAC Sportsmanship honors.

The Bison finished the 2019 campaign fourth in the PAC with a 11-7 (4-3) record.
