Women's Soccer: Yellow Jackets defeat Bison

WAYNESBURG, Pa. – The Bethany College women's soccer team took on Waynesburg University Yellow Jackets in a PAC contest Wednesday evening. The Yellow Jackets defeated the Bison, 3-0.

THE MATCHUP

• Waynesburg 3, Bethany 0

THE HIGHLIGHTS

• The Yellow Jackets scored their first goal of the evening in the 13^th minute. They doubled their lead just 15 seconds into the first half. Waynesburg added their final goal in the 82^nd minute.  
• Bethany was held scoreless for the eighth time this season.

BY THE NUMBERS

• Waynesburg outshot Bethany, 25-10 while taking 13 shots on goal. Bethany had six shots on goal.
• The Bison registered 10 saves while the Yellow Jackets had six.
