Presidents' Athletic Conference contributed to this release

Trafford, Pa. (pacathletics.org) - Bethany senior Riley Felton (Salineville, OH | Southern Local) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Female Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Scholar-Athlete of the Month for November.

Each month, the SAAC groups at PAC member institutions are asked to nominate one male and one female student-athlete for PAC SAAC Scholar-Athlete of the Month consideration based on academic and athletic accomplishments. Nominees must be varsity team members in their respective sport and in their junior or senior year. Scholar-Athlete of the Month nominees must also have a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher and be actively involved within their campus communities.

Felton led the sixth-seeded Bethany Bison to the 2022 PAC Women's Volleyball title, clinching the championship in an exciting four-game match against No. 1 seed Thiel. She hit 0.412 during the month of November on the Bison playoff tour and totaled 15 blocks. Felton earned All-PAC Second Team honors to wrap up her senior season.

The stellar middle hitter is a Psychology major, maintaining a 3.64 GPA and has been named to PAC Academic Honor Roll three times.

On campus, Felton is a member of the Black Student Union, as well as the Psychology Club. She continues her efforts on the volleyball court as a coach for the Ohio Valley Volleyball Company, as well as volunteering in her hometown.
