Bison Compete in XC PAC Championships
NEW CASTLE, Pa. – Bethany finished their season strong at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds Cross Country Course for the President Athletic Conference Championships. For the first time since the 2022 PAC race, the Bison outfitted a complete team in both the men's and women's races.
The women were the first to run on this brisk day. Mary Tracey was the fastest Bison on the day sliding into the finish line in 31:29. Karley Trinidad and Deena Rosenthal ran at nearly identical pace. Trinidad finished in 33:05 with Rosenthal just five seconds behind. The women
The men finished 10th overall. Alexander Blair was the fastest in the men's 8k. His first mile was a 5:46 pace, placing him in the top half of all entrants. Blair finished with a 32:31. Samuel Bedoya finished second for the Bison. Bedoya is no stranger to running for long periods of time, as the soccer athlete held his own in the race with a time of 35:16.
