Soccer: Bethany College lands four on CSC Academic All-District

BETHANY, W.Va. – Bethany College had four soccer student-athletes named to the 2023 Academic All-District Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC).

On the women's side, sophomore Brooke Fuleki, junior Ava Lee, and graduate student Corinne Grabow were recognized. On the men's side, junior Matteo Pintus earned recognition.

The 2023 Academic All-District® Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes soccer honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

To be eligible for CSC Academic All-District®, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, hold a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher and be a standout on the field, competing in at least 90 percent of their team's games and starting at least 66 percent of their team's games.

Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in early December.
