Bison knocked off at Westminster, 8-1

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. (Sept. 12) - The Bethany College women's tennis team was dealt an 8-1 loss by Westminster in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) match Tuesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Bethany picked up its lone win of the contest when freshman Dawson McHarg picked up a straight sets win over Ashley Welch (6-4, 6-4).
• Saint Vincent claimed the other five singles positions and only dropped two games in doubles play to take the conference match.

UP NEXT

• The Bison will head to Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania on Friday, September 15 for a PAC contest.
• The match is set to begin at 4 p.m.
