Waynesburg, Pa. – The Bethany Volleyball team traveled to Waynesburg for a PAC matchup Tuesday evening inside the Rudy Marisa Fieldhouse.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
- The Bison swept the Yellow Jackets 3-0 (25-14, 25-8, 25-14)
- Bethany gave up just eight points in the second set which is the lowest points the Bison have allowed all season
BY THE NUMBERS
- 14 – Senior Jess Moore tallied 14 kills
- 39 – Alaina Torres dished out 39 assists for the Bison
- 21 – Senior Brooke Corley returned as the Bison libero, totaling 21 digs
- 45 – The Bison had 45 kills with eight different athletes registering a kill
WHAT'S NEXT?
Bethany returns to the court this weekend when they travel to Franklin College for the Franklin College Tournament. The Bison will face Trine on Friday at 7 pm. On Saturday the Bison are scheduled to face Anderson and Franklin at 10 am and 2 pm.
