Bethany College Announces Revised Attendance Policy for Indoor Sports

Bethany, W.Va. – Bethany College and the Bethany College Director of Athletics, Mike Worrell have announced new attendance policies for all home athletics events due to surging cases of COVID-19.

Effectively immediately through January 28, the following policies and guidelines will be enforced:

• No outside spectators will be allowed unless they fall into the categories listed below
  • Bethany College student-athletes' guests will be listed on a pass list.
  • No visiting team spectators will be permitted.
  • Bethany students, faculty and staff will be permitted.
    • All spectators must provide their name at the entrance before being permitted into each event
• Masks required for all spectators
  • Extra masks will be available at door
• Encourage Social Distancing

All guidelines and policies will be continued to be reevaluated throughout the month and any changes or updates will be announced.
