Scott named PAC Rookie of the Week

GREENVILLE, Pa. (Sept. 11) - Bethany College volleyball freshman Jenna Scott (New Castle, Ind./Liberty Christian) was selected as the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the Week announced the league office Monday afternoon.

Scott totaled 147 assists (8.16 per set) to go along with 33 digs, 17 kills, seven service aces and seven blocks for the Bison during their 4-1 weekend trip to Allegheny and Penn State-Behrend for the Northwest Pennsylvania Challange.

She registered a season-high 39 assists in a five-set win over Alfred on Friday and followed that performance with a 39 assists, 18-dig double-double in a 3-1 win over Wooster on Saturday morning.

Scott and the rest of the Bison volleyball team are on the road this Saturday, September 16 when they head to Greenville, Pennsylvania to take on both Thiel College and Westminster College in a PAC tri-match at 1 p.m.
