Dobbins Earns PAC Rookie of the Week Honors

Greenville, Pa – Bethany College women's basketball player Abbey Dobbins (Aliquippa, Pa | Hopewell), was announced as Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Rookie of the week for her performance last week for the Bison. The weekly laurel is Dobbins second of the season.

Last week for the Green and White, Dobbins averaged 14.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.0 steals per game. Dobbins set her career-high last Wednesday evening in a 74-73 loss to Waynesburg. On Saturday, the freshman guard tallied six points, five rebounds, and five assists in Saturday's 75-66 win over Geneva.

Dobbins is averaging 6.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game this season.

Bethany returns to action on Saturday, February 1 when they travel north to face the Grove City Wolverines at 1 pm.
