
Men's Lacrosse: Bison earn non-conference win against Ravens
ANDERSON, Ind. – The Bethany College men's lacrosse team cruised to a 12-6 non-conference victory over Anderson University Ravens.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Bethany scored the first four goals of the game with three coming in the first period. Four different Bison scored each goal. Tyler Britton opened the scoring fenzy with a goal at the 11:01 mark of the first.
- In the second after the Bison scored the first goal of the period, the Ravens scored three goals to cut the deficit to one. Ethyn Taylor doubled the Bison lead 5-3, but the Ravens found the back of the net once again. With under two minutes to go in the half, Zach Tuley found the back of the net to give the Bison a 6-4 lead heading into the halftime break.
- Anderson scored twice to deadlock the game at 6-6 in the third period. The Bison would go on and score six unanswered goals
BISON TOP PERFORMERS
- Ethyn Taylor led the Bison with two goals and two assists.
- Zach Tuley, Justice Smith, Raymond Rogers and Tyler Britton had two goals apiece.
- Britton had one assist.
- Cameron Russo added three assists and one goal.
- Christian Funari had six caused turnovers.
- Chrstian Nestor had 22 saves in the net.
STATS OF THE GAME
- Bethany went 2-6 on man up opportunities.
- Anderson outshot Bethany, 48-41.
- Both teams were even with 24 turnovers apiece.
