Men's Basketball: Bethany Loses Road Game to Washington & Jefferson

Washington, Pa. – The Bethany College Men's basketball team fell to PAC opponent Washington and Jefferson, 103-56, Tuesday evening inside the Salvitti Family Gymnasium.

GAME FLOW

  • The Presidents had six athletes register double-figures in points.
  • Bethany's Travis Zimmerman recorded the Bison's first points of the night and gave the Bison their only lead, seventeen seconds into the game. He converted on 1-of-2 free throws.
  • Washington & Jefferson scored on their first possession to take back the lead and held the lead for the remainder of the game.
  • The Bison trailed by 31 (60-29) at the half.
  • Washington & Jefferson continued their dominant lead and hot shooting in the second half. The Presidents shot 53.0 percent from the field.
