Women’s Tennis handed loss by Medaille, 9-0

Oct. 2 - BETHANY, W. Va. - The Bethany women's tennis team dropped their match 9-0 to Medaille on Sunday. 

In doubles action, the Bison won at least one game in each match with Angela Counselman (Bethany, W.Va. / Brooke) and Emily Folk (Hagerstown, Md. / North Hagerstown) highlighting the group winning three games in second doubles. However, Bethany dropped all three doubles matches. 

Folk also battled in fourth singles, despite losing her match. She captured two game wins in the first set followed by four wins in the second set.

Bethany falls to 0-9 on the season with the loss. Next, they host Geneva on Wednesday, October 5 at 4 p.m.
