Geneva defeats women’s Tennis 9-0

Oct. 5 - BETHANY, W. Va. - The Bethany women's tennis team was defeated 9-0 by Geneva in a Presidents' Athletic Conference match.

Geneva captured all three sets of doubles action to start the contest.

In singles, Angela Counselman (Bethany, W.Va. / Brooke) won a game in her second set while Emily Folk (Hagerstown, Md. / North Hagerstown) also captured a game victory in her first set of fourth singles. 

With the loss, Bethany falls to 0-10 (0-7, PAC) while Geneva improves to 7-4 (3-3, PAC). The Bison are back in action on Wednesday, Oct. 6 when they host La Roche for a 3:30 p.m. start.
