Bethany, W.Va. – Freshman Lindsey Garrison led the Bison scoring 31 points in Bethany College's 85-35 win over Allegheny College Monday evening.
GAME FLOW
- Alexis Heap scored the first two points of the night of off a Gator turnover giving the Bison a 2-0 lead.
- Allegheny hit a three to take a quick 3-2 lead, but the Bison battled back and took the lead and held onto it for the remainder of the game.
- Bethany led 15-10 at the end of the first quarter.
- The Bison outscored the Gators 26-7 to take a 41-17 lead heading into halftime.
- Bethany came out strong in the third quarter taking a dominant 72-25 lead heading into the final quarter.
- The Bison would score 13 in the final stanza to win 85-35.
IN THE BOX SCORE
- Freshman Lindsey Garrison led the Bison with 31 points, seven rebounds and went 7-for-10 from behind the arc.
- Sophomore Bella Skobel added 14 points.
- Senior Courtney Walker had 11 points.
- Makenzee Mason and Alexis Reed had four steals apiece.
