Butler named PAC Track Athlete of the Week

GREENVILLE, Pa. (Jan. 16) Bethany senior Andre Butler (Poolesville, Md./Poolesville) was named Track Athlete of the Week by the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) on Monday.

Butler took second place in the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash at the Otterbein Invitational this past Saturday. In the 200, he finished with a time of 23.07 seconds, while crossing the tape in the 400 at 51.50 seconds.

The senior also tied for fourth in the high jump with a leap of 1.84 meters (6-00.50).

Butler and the Bison will be back in action at the Denison Invitational this Saturday, January 21 in Granville, Ohio.
