Where Are They Now Series - Brittany Bizila '13, Women's Soccer

Brittany Bizila '13 is next on our "Alumni Where are They Now" series. Brittany was a member of the Women's Soccer team and was an All-PAC Honorable Mention while at Bethany. 

Brittany has taken her talents and love for athletics to Stevenson University where she is the Coordinator of Competitive Sports. We caught up with Brittany to talk about her experience as a student-athlete at Bethany College and how athletics brought her to where she is today!

What is your current job title and what does the position entail?

I am the Coordinator of Competitive Sports where I run the Intramural Program and oversee half of the Club Sports Teams.

If you can recall, why did you choose to attend Bethany?

It was smaller school and class size.

How did your athletic involvement aid in the path that you chose following graduation?

Sports have always been a passion of mine, and I am just happy that I work in the athletic world.

What would you say were your greatest athletic and academic accomplishments during your time at Bethany?

Beating Thomas Moore my senior year 1-0 and of course passing COMPS!

What is your most fond memory of Bethany athletics?

Watching all Bethany athletes participate in their sports and being the stats girl for men's lacrosse!

What piece of advice would you have for current Bethany student-athletes?

Enjoy it, make mistakes, have fun meeting new people those new friends will be lifelong friends after you graduate and move on!

What was your favorite non-athletics activity at Bethany?

Being part of Phi Mu, French Toast supper before finals, and can I say bubbas?
