What is your dream job?
Working in a Math department at a university or college as a Professor.

Tips for being successful?
Don't let anyone tell you can't do something. If they do let that drive you to do that thing. Take time to look back at the journey to appreciate where you are; your back story is just as important to success as your future plans/goals.

What does it mean to be a Scholar-Athlete?
It shows how hard I've worked inside the classroom and on the court. It motivates me to continue to work hard in both aspects.

Why Bethany?
The reason why I picked Bethany is a little different compared to others. My senior year of high school I decided I wanted to go to a school that is affiliated with the Disciples of Christ (DOC). Since Bethany is affiliated with them I picked Bethany and it just so happened I could continue to play tennis after High School. Of course, I couldn't get over all wonder it is in the Fall when I came to visit. Bethany in the fall is beautiful and a wonderful experience.

What is your biggest accomplishment?
Earning my Eagle Scout award at a younger age.

With COVID-19 restrictions, how have you adapted as an athlete and as a student?
As a student the only big adaption is wearing a mask every day to class. Most of my classes are doing a hybrid style. It is different not being able to be in person for class but it has allowed me to start thinking about Homework assignments before they are due and to get ahead in my classes. For the Athletics side it has allowed me to rest physically and mentally. Usually at this time I am doing things to prepare for the season, but I decided to take a small break for the semester to focus on academics. My sport as a whole wasn't impact as much because it is pretty easy to socially distance from people.

A Fun Fact about yourself:
I play Disc Golf to help relax and clear my mind
